What is your warranty and defective goods policy for the seed oil?
We warrant that the seed oil meets the specification sheet (fatty-acid profile, PV/AV, etc.) and applicable food safety standards at shipment. If a shipment falls below specification, we resolve per our standard non-conformance procedure.

Acceptance Criteria
- Fatty acids: LA 30–38%, ALA 23–31%. If out of range, resolution applies
- Peroxide value: Must be ≤10 meq/kg. If exceed, immediate action
- Heavy metals / pesticide: Must meet spec. If exceed, immediate action
- Appearance / odor: Minor deviations handled case-by-case
