What is your warranty and defective goods policy for the fruit oil?
We warrant that the fruit oil meets the specification sheet (Ω-7 profile, PV/AV, etc.) and applicable food safety standards at shipment. If a shipment falls below specification, we resolve per our standard non-conformance procedure.

Acceptance Criteria
- Fatty acids: Ω-7 up to 30%, within label. If out of range, resolution applies
- Peroxide value: Must be ≤10 meq/kg. If exceed, immediate action
- Heavy metals / pesticide: Must meet spec. If exceed, immediate action
- Appearance / color: Minor deviations handled case-by-case
