What happens if berry harvest fails or fruit supply is disrupted?

Raw material supply risk exists because sea buckthorn is a single-harvest berry crop and fruit oil yield is low. We manage this through multi-region plantation sourcing and inventory buffer.

Supply Risk Mitigation

Risk ScenarioOur Mitigation
Single-region weather eventSourcing across Qinghai/Gansu/Tibet/Inner Mongolia
Harvest shortfall3-month dried-fruit buffer
Processing bottleneckMultiple processing partners
Demand spikeLong-term contracts reserve capacity
Price spikeAnnual contracts lock fruit price
For customers with annual volumes >2 MT of fruit oil, we recommend an annual supply agreement reserving production volume and pricing. In force majeure, we notify customers within 5 business days.
