What quality control measures are applied during production?

Quality control runs through the entire production chain — incoming organic fruit inspection, in-process controls, and finished-batch testing covering Mogroside V by HPLC, heavy metals, microbiology, appearance and solubility.

QC Checkpoints

StageControl
Raw material intakeOrganic certificate check, visual and moisture grading
ExtractionProcess parameters logged and monitored
StandardisationMogroside V adjusted to ≥20% on dry basis
Finished batchFull COA per batch before release

Finished-Batch Tests

  • Mogroside V content (HPLC)
  • Heavy metals: Pb / As / Cd / Hg against target market limits
  • Microbiology: food-grade compliance (TAMC, TYMC, pathogens)
  • Appearance, colour, solubility and moisture
