How consistent is the sample compared to bulk production?
Samples are drawn from the same production batch as your commercial order wherever possible, and batch-level QC guarantees that Brix, Mogroside V, taste and compliance stay within specification.
Consistency Controls
- Same-batch sampling: when you order bulk after approval, we can ship from the same batch as your sample if production schedule allows.
- COA matching: every batch COA states Brix, Mogroside V, identity, solvent residue and microbiology — your sample’s values are your acceptance baseline.
- Pre-shipment check: content is re-verified before loading and reported in the shipping COA.
- Retained samples: reference samples are kept for 24 months for dispute resolution.
Natural Variation Note
As a natural product, minor batch-to-batch colour variation across the light brown to black range is normal and does not affect taste or compliance.
