What colour does the solution become after dissolving monk fruit flavour powder?

When dissolved, the solution is clear and transparent with a deep brown to tan colour.

Colour Expectations by Use

  • Herbal teas and infusions: the deep brown to tan tone blends naturally with tea and herbal colours — no artificial colouring needed.
  • Beverages: at the 1–2% dosage the colour contribution is subtle; verify against your target tint in clear drinks.
  • Dry mixes and granules: solution colour only appears after reconstitution, so dry blend colour is unaffected.

Natural Colour, No Additives

The colour comes entirely from the natural monk fruit material itself — no artificial colorants are added. Slight batch-to-batch shade variation is normal and reflects natural harvest differences.

Documentation

Solution colour is reported in the COA on every batch, so you can set an acceptable range with your quality team and avoid surprises in finished goods.

Send a reference colour target and we will confirm fit with a lab sample within 48 hours.
