In a recall, our responsibility is to trace, isolate and re-supply affected batches, with a documented recall protocol aligned to ISO22000 and BRC requirements.

Recall Protocol

1. Immediate traceability: locate all affected batches via batch-number records within 24 hours.
2. Isolation: block release of suspect stock and notify affected buyers.
3. Investigation: root-cause analysis with retained samples and production records.
4. Corrective action: CAPA implementation and process correction.
5. Re-supply: replacement material arranged per agreement.
