What is your responsibility in a product recall?
In a recall, our responsibility is to trace, isolate and re-supply affected batches, with a documented recall protocol aligned to ISO22000 and BRC requirements.
Recall Protocol
- Immediate traceability: locate all affected batches via batch-number records within 24 hours.
- Isolation: block release of suspect stock and notify affected buyers.
- Investigation: root-cause analysis with retained samples and production records.
- Corrective action: CAPA implementation and process correction.
- Re-supply: replacement material arranged per agreement.
Our Commitment
- Batch records retained 5 years — full forward/backward traceability.
- Test reports and certificates available to authorities on request.
- We cooperate fully with your local food safety authority procedures.
