Raw material supply risk is real because monk fruit is a single-harvest crop. We manage this through diversified farm sourcing and inventory buffer — minimum 3-month raw material buffer and 15+ contracted farms across three Guangxi counties.

Supply Risk Mitigation

For the 60% grade, we maintain a finished-goods buffer during off-season because multi-step crystallization adds the most lead-time flexibility risk. For customers with annual volumes >5 MT of the 60% grade, we recommend an annual supply agreement reserving production volume and pricing. In force majeure, we notify customers within 5 business days.
