What quality control steps are performed during 60% grade production?

Quality control is embedded throughout production. The 60% grade has additional QC checkpoints at each crystallization stage to verify mogroside concentration before spray drying.

QC Process Overview (60% Grade)

StageQC CheckPass Criterion
Raw material receiptMoisture, appearance, Mogroside contentMoisture ≤12%, Mogroside V ≥0.8%
Post-extractionHPLC monitoringMogroside V within target ±2%
Resin enrichmentHPLC of enriched fractionMogroside V concentrated
Multi-step crystallizationHPLC after each cycleMogroside V ≥60% before drying
Pre-spray dryingFinal HPLC, microbial pre-checkMogroside V ≥60%, TPC ≤10,000 cfu/g
Post-spray dryingParticle size, moisture, bulk densityPer spec sheet
Pre-shipmentFull COA panelAll within limits
PackagingWeight, seal, labelingNet weight ±2%
All QC data recorded in batch records retained 5 years. The multi-step crystallization HPLC checks guarantee the ≥60% specification consistently. Discuss specific QC protocols (SQF, BRC, FSSC 22000) before order.
