What extraction method is used to produce this monk fruit extract?

The 60% Mogroside V grade uses water extraction followed by membrane filtration, macroporous resin enrichment, a multi-step crystallization process, and spray drying. Compared with all lower grades, the 60% grade applies repeated crystallization to reach the highest achievable purity and a consistently white powder.
