What extraction method is used to produce this monk fruit extract?

The 50% Mogroside V grade uses water extraction followed by membrane filtration, macroporous resin enrichment, a crystallization step, and spray drying. Compared with the 20%/30%/40% grades, the 50% grade adds a crystallization step that achieves the highest purity and a near-white powder.
