What extraction method is used to produce this monk fruit extract?

The 40% Mogroside V grade uses water extraction followed by membrane filtration, multi-pass macroporous resin enrichment, additional purification, and spray drying. Compared with the 20% and 30% grades, the 40% grade requires more purification steps to reach the higher mogroside concentration.

Process Overview
