The shelf life of the 30% Mogroside V extract (spray-dried powder) is 24 months from production date under recommended conditions — same as the 20% grade. Higher mogroside concentration does not reduce shelf life; in fact, the 30% grade shows slightly better stability due to lower residual moisture affinity.
