How do you ensure consistency between the 30% sample and our bulk order?
Consistency between sample and bulk order is guaranteed through production lot control and pre-shipment testing, applied identically to the 30% grade. Every batch is tested against the same specification sheet approved during your sample evaluation, and no shipment leaves the facility without a passing COA.

How to Confirm Consistency
Upon receiving your bulk order, run a side-by-side HPLC test comparing your sample against the bulk COA — Mogroside V content should match within ±2%. If there is a material discrepancy, we accept returns and investigate at our cost.
The 30% grade has a slightly more complex process (resin enrichment), so we pay particular attention to batch-to-batch mogroside consistency — the enrichment step is controlled to ±1% of target to ensure every batch meets the ≥30% specification reliably. For long-term supply, we recommend locking a specific production formula in a Quality Agreement.
