What quality control steps are performed during 30% grade production?

Quality control is embedded throughout production — not just final inspection. The 30% grade has an additional QC checkpoint at the resin enrichment stage to verify mogroside concentration before spray drying.

QC Process Overview (30% Grade)

StageQC CheckPass Criterion
Raw material receiptMoisture, appearance, Mogroside contentMoisture ≤12%, Mogroside V ≥0.8%
Post-extractionHPLC monitoring at each concentration stageMogroside V within target ±2%
Resin enrichmentHPLC test of enriched fractionMogroside V ≥30% before drying
Pre-spray dryingFinal HPLC, microbial pre-checkMogroside V ≥30%, TPC ≤10,000 cfu/g
Post-spray dryingParticle size, moisture, bulk densityPer product spec sheet
Pre-shipmentFull COA panel (heavy metals, pesticide, micro)All within limits
PackagingWeight check, seal integrity, labelingNet weight ±2%, label correct
All QC data recorded in batch records retained 5 years and available to customers upon request. For the 30% grade, the resin enrichment HPLC check is what guarantees the ≥30% specification is met consistently. Discuss specific QC protocol needs (SQF, BRC, FSSC 22000) with our quality team before order.
