Can we audit or inspect your facility before ordering the 30% grade?
Yes. We welcome third-party factory audits and on-site inspections for all grades, including the 30% Mogroside V extract. For international buyers, we recommend a pre-order factory visit or commissioning a third-party agency (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek) to verify our facility, quality systems, and production conditions.

What Audits Cover
Production lines, warehouse conditions, QC laboratory, raw material storage, documentation systems, and food safety certificates. We can also demonstrate the resin enrichment process specific to the 30% grade during the visit. Audits typically take 1–2 days.
