What is your annual production capacity for the 30% grade?

Our total annual capacity across all monk fruit extract grades is approximately 200 metric tons of finished powder. The 30% grade shares this capacity with other grades — because it requires the additional resin enrichment step, its effective throughput is slightly lower per production run than the 20% grade, but we plan production to meet committed volumes.

For the 30% grade specifically, we typically allocate dedicated production slots during the off-season to build inventory, ensuring year-round availability. For annual supply contracts exceeding 20 MT of the 30% grade, we recommend a framework agreement by Q4 of the preceding year to lock production slots and pricing.
