Can we arrange third-party product inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas) before shipment?

Yes. Pre-shipment inspection (PSI) by a third-party inspection agency is available and widely used by our international customers, particularly for orders above USD 10,000 or shipments to markets with strict import controls.

Third-Party Inspection Process

  1. You (or your freight forwarder) appoint an inspection agency (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, or equivalent)
  2. We notify the agency when the goods are ready for inspection
  3. Inspector visits our facility and checks:
- Quantity / weight verification - Packaging condition - Labeling accuracy - Sampling for random testing (optional) - Container loading supervision (optional)
  1. Inspector issues a Certificate of Inspection (CI) or Inspection Report
