How soluble is this monk fruit extract and what are the best dissolution conditions?

This monk fruit extract (20% Mogroside V spray-dried powder) is freely soluble in water and partially soluble in ethanol. It disperses readily in cold water but dissolves fully with gentle stirring in warm water (40–60°C). The powder has good flowability and low hygroscopicity under normal storage conditions.
