How do you ensure consistency between the sample we tested and our bulk order?
Consistency between sample and bulk order is guaranteed through production lot control and pre-shipment testing. Every batch is tested against the same specification sheet approved during your sample evaluation, and no shipment leaves the facility without a passing COA.

How to Confirm Consistency
Upon receiving your bulk order, run a side-by-side HPLC test comparing your sample against the bulk COA — Mogroside V content should match within ±2%. If there is a material discrepancy, we accept returns and will investigate at our cost.
For long-term supply, we recommend locking a specific production formula and process parameter in a Quality Agreement — this commits us to supply product meeting those exact parameters for your annual volume.
