What quality control steps are performed during the production process?

Quality control is embedded throughout the production process — not just at the final inspection stage. Our QC system covers raw material incoming inspection, in-process monitoring, and final release testing.

QC Process Overview

StageQC CheckPass Criterion
Raw material receiptMoisture, appearance, Mogroside contentMoisture ≤12%, Mogroside V ≥0.8%
Post-extractionHPLC monitoring at each concentration stageMogroside V within target ±2%
Pre-spray dryingFinal HPLC test, microbial pre-checkMogroside V ≥20%, TPC ≤10,000 cfu/g
Post-spray dryingParticle size, moisture, bulk densityPer product spec sheet
Pre-shipmentFull COA panel (heavy metals, pesticide, micro)All within limits
PackagingWeight check, seal integrity, labeling accuracyNet weight ±2%, label correct
All QC data is recorded in batch records that are retained for 5 years and available to customers upon request. For pharmaceutical-grade applications, we can provide batch records with additional in-process data under a Quality Agreement.

If your market has a specific QC protocol requirement (SQF, BRC, FSSC 22000 specific audit requirements), discuss with our quality team before order — we may already meet the standard or can implement additional controls.
