What happens in the event of a product safety issue or regulatory recall?

We take product safety seriously and have a documented Product Safety and Recall Response Procedure aligned with international food safety standards (ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000). In the event of a safety issue, our procedure covers immediate notification, investigation, and remediation.

Batch Traceability

Every batch is fully traceable from raw material to finished product. Our traceability system can identify within 2 hours which customers received which batch numbers — critical for rapid recall response.

We recommend signing a Quality Agreement before your first commercial order — this formalizes the recall notification and cooperation obligations for both parties, ensuring a coordinated and legally clear response if ever needed.
