What palletization and stacking requirements apply to our shipment?

Standard shipments use standard wooden pallets (ISPM 15 compliant) with cartons stacked in a stable pattern and stretch-wrapped for ocean freight stability. We follow international ocean freight palletization standards to ensure the cargo arrives in good condition.

ISPM 15 Requirement

All wooden pallets used in international shipping must be ISPM 15 certified (heat-treated or fumigated) — this is a mandatory requirement enforced by most destination countries to prevent the spread of pests. All our pallets are ISPM 15 compliant and marked accordingly.

If your country has specific pallet or packaging requirements (e.g., no wooden pallets for certain import markets), notify us before order placement — we can arrange alternative pallet materials (plastic pallets, plywood pallets) at additional cost.
