What is your annual production capacity for monk fruit extract?

Our current annual production capacity is approximately 200 metric tons of finished monk fruit extract powder (all grades combined). This capacity is backed by two production lines — one dedicated to standard food-grade product and one that can be configured for organic or premium-grade production.

Capacity Details

During peak harvest season (October–December), we have the ability to increase production rate significantly because raw material supply is most abundant. For the most competitive pricing and lead times, we recommend placing orders during the January–March window — you benefit from post-harvest pricing while we schedule production at our most efficient capacity utilization.

For annual supply contracts exceeding 20 MT, we recommend signing a framework agreement by Q4 of the preceding year to lock production slots and pricing.
