Will you sign a Quality Agreement specifying 10% grade specifications and QC obligations?

Yes. We routinely sign Quality Agreements with international buyers. For the 10% Epimedium extract, the agreement explicitly defines the Icariin ≥10% specification, botanical source (Epimedium brevicornu), and testing requirements.
